1. Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at contact@adventurenestco.shop with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return

We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Do not send items back without prior authorization.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost in transit during a return.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Opened consumable or hygiene products
  • Digital downloads after access has been granted

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
